Store Policy — Returns/Exchanges
Should a customer wish to return for exchange an item purchased at La Femme Intimates, we will gladly extend a in-store credit towards another purchase.
Returns must be made with in 14 days with store receipt and tags on the item (s).
HOLIDAY RETURNS must be made within 14 days of holiday date.
Non returnable items : Special ordered items, Sale Items
BY LAW underwear (panties, thongs, boyshorts), bras, NuBra (if package has been opened and worn), teddies , hosiery, and other intimately worn apparel are NOT RETURNABLE
